Canadian Fertility Consulting to Sponsor Birth Without Fear MeetUp in Toronto

CFC Sponsors Birth Without Fear MeetUp

Sponsorship to Mark the End of Canadian Infertility Awareness Week

Canadian Fertility Consulting is sponsoring the Birth Without Fear MeetUp this Saturday in Burlington, Ontario to mark the end of Canadian Infertility Awareness Week. By acting as a sponsor, CFC aims to raise awareness of the need for more gestational surrogates and egg donors in Canada.

Currently, infertility affects 1 in 6 Canadians, and the number of individuals seeking alternative reproductive strategies is on the rise. Since 2007, Canadian Fertility Consulting has helped over 2000 Intended Couples build their families through the aid of gestational surrogacy and egg donation. Canadian Fertility Consulting’s business has double since 2013, and the demand for surrogates continues to increase. Each month Canadian Fertility Consulting matches many hopeful parents with surrogates, but the demand is still greater than the supply.

As a sponsor of the Birth Without Fear MeetUp, Canadian Fertility Consulting hopes to celebrate its' solidarity with the birthing community. The event will take place at The WOMB on April 27th, and will provide attendees information and support surrounding issues involving pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Author of the “Birth Without Fear” book and creator of the movement, January Harshe, will be speaking about why she started the Birth Without Fear movement, how it’s grown over the years, and how her own six pregnancies, births, and postpartum experiences have influenced and inspired her.
