Canadian Fertility Consulting Continues to Be at the Forefront of Client Care

Canadian Fertility Consulting has recently experienced a large period of growth within the company, especially within its Surrogate Intake and Support teams. While Leia Swanberg, CEO and Founder of CFC, is no longer hands-on with every single client file that comes through, it’s the company’s priority to consistently train staff to ensure that same level of personal care and attention is upheld.

In an effort to ensure CFC’s clients are receiving the highest level of customer care, Leia, along with CFC’s COO Stephanie White and outside advisors, has taken on the recent Lean Six Sigma training initiative for a large volume of staff. Over the course of the last two weeks, CFC staff completed their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Through this course, the team learned how to improve the capabilities of Canadian Fertility Consulting’s business processes: to increase performance, reduce waste and improve the quality of customer service.

In addition to training new and existing staff members, CFC’s Human Resource department is spearheading a cross-training schedule to ensure each of the company’s departments are well versed in each other’s duties. Along with this project, other new HR efforts include prioritizing increased bilingual support to meet client needs and updating and improving the company’s policies and procedures.

Canadian Fertility Consulting is consistently improving its services to support clients in ways no other agency in Canada has matched. Excellent customer care is central to the company’s values, and the team is excited to utilize their newfound knowledge and serve their Intended parents and surrogates even better
